Workforce Solutions Panhandle: Service Industry Recovery Initiative Webinar

Workforce Solutions Panhandle Child Care Services are open to any employee who qualifies. The Service Industry Recovery Initiative is available to those parents employed in select industries such as retail, accommodation and food services, and arts, entertainment, and recreation.

Frances Garcia, Program Manager for Child Care, will explain the Service Industry Recovery Initative and go over the qualifications.

Jennifer Galloway, Program Manager for the Youth Department, will participate as well. Her program provides paid internships to young people 18-24 throughout the Texas Panhandle. Through this, the youth program has the ability to pay for two months of training through an internship, all at no cost to the employer.
