About the Event

Workshop will share the basics of 6S with an emphasis on early stage implementation and planning to “keep it up”. Although focused on Manufacturing facilities, the principles and structured approach to getting and staying organized applies to many types of industries and layouts. Additionally, TMAC’s workshop highlights how 6S can be applied in an office environment as well!

Led by Dusty Delano, Senior Business Field Advisor-Manufacturing Specialist with Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC).
