TMAC: Lead Like You Mean It

Strong leadership is built on clarity, accountability, and confidence. This workshop focuses on developing the practical skills needed to lead effectively in today’s workplace, regardless of title or experience level.

Participants will explore what it means to lead with purpose, communicate expectations clearly, and take ownership of decisions and outcomes. The session also addresses common leadership challenges, including navigating difficult conversations, building trust, and creating alignment within a team.

Through real-world examples, guided discussion, and applied exercises, attendees will gain tools to lead with greater confidence and consistency in their day-to-day work.
