A well-managed supply chain is essential to maintaining production continuity, controlling costs, and meeting customer expectations. This workshop provides an overview of fundamental supply chain concepts and introduces practical strategies manufacturers can use to improve efficiency, visibility, and resilience from procurement through delivery.

 

Participants will explore the key components of the supply chain, including sourcing and supplier management, materials planning, and others.

Emphasis is placed on understanding how supply chain decisions impact operations, inventory, customer service, and overall business performance. Through real-world manufacturing examples and guided discussion, participants will gain insight into how to strengthen coordination across functions and better prepare for variability and disruption.
