About the Event

Presented by the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center.

Managing production effectively requires the ability to respond to changing demands, reduce inefficiencies, and maintain consistent workflow. This interactive workshop uses a hands-on LEGO simulation to bring key manufacturing and operational concepts to life.

Participants will take part in a live production process where they will experience how variation, bottlenecks, and scheduling challenges impact performance. The session introduces core principles such as production flow, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems, along with strategies to improve efficiency and reduce disruption.

Through guided simulation and real-time problem solving, attendees will see how small adjustments can create significant improvements in output, organization, and team coordination.
