Join us as Dusty Delano from the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) leads a discussion into the fundamentals of lean methodology! 

Whether you're a seasoned industry leader or just starting out, this event promises to provide invaluable insights into optimizing your business operations. The Lego simulation highlights principles of continuous improvement related to material handling, inventory management, process flow and balance, along with a few other techniques to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profits.
