Meet your presenter! Jason Bigham was born in Lubbock, Texas and raised in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He graduated from the University of California San Diego and worked as a commercial mortgage banker in the San Diego area before returning to Lubbock in 2006. Over his 32-year career Jason has facilitated over $750 million in commercial real estate and small business finance transactions.
Since opening the West Texas office for Capital CDC in Lubbock in 2010 Jason has focused on administering the SBA 504 program in West Texas and eastern New Mexico, a unique region containing many small cities and rural areas. During that time, he has secured approvals for over $170 million in 504 financings for more than 210 small business ventures worth over $470 million.
