Jason Bigham is the Regional Manager overseeing production in New Mexico, Dallas and West Texas for Capital Certified Development Corporation, the top-producing CDC in Texas and New Mexico.
Jason was born in Lubbock, Texas and raised in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He graduated from the University of California San Diego and worked as a commercial mortgage banker in the San Diego area before returning to Lubbock in 2006. Over his 33-year career Jason has facilitated over $750 million in commercial real estate and small business finance transactions.
Since opening the West Texas office for Capital CDC in Lubbock in 2010 Jason has focused on administering the SBA 504 program in West Texas and eastern New Mexico, a unique region containing many small cities and rural areas. During that time, he has secured approvals for over $200 million in…
