Time Management Put it in the Pickle JarThe basis of the "Pickle Jar Theory" of time management is picking specific time slots during the day when you’ll get your most important goals handled. "You make that time commitment and stick to it no matter what," says Jeremy Wright, CEO of b5media. Every morning, pick the three most important tasks you want to accomplish that day and schedule a block of time to meet your goals. Then, close your door, turn off your phone and close your e-mail, so your full attention can be dedicated to those tasks. |
