Evaluators Needed

Free First Look at Business Tools

AfCI usersThe SBDC is looking for volunteers to help us evaluate new business tools which have been offered to us for our clients' use.  The program comes in two versions (both of which are software applications) which help determine: 1) the feasibility of start-ups, or 2) the quality score of existing businesses.

  • For Startups:  Used to conduct a pre-venture feasibility assessment for small businesses.  Includes the Dashboard & Assessment tool along with a one-hour online training workshop.  Regular cost of $95 will be waived for the first three qualified evaluators who agree to provide an assessment of the tool's usefulness to the SBDC.

  • For Businesses with 5 to 500 Employees: Used to conduct a quality assessment based on the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Standards.  Includes the Dashboard & Assessment tool along with a one-hour online training workshop.  Regular cost of $95 will be waived for the first three qualified evaluators who agree to provide an assessment of the tool's usefulness to the SBDC.

More information

To apply to be an evaluator of either tool at no charge, please call us at 806-372-5151.  All responses will be confidential.
