Supply Chain Management Survey

WT symbolThe WTAMU College of Business is conducting a survey to determine the extent to which micro, small and medium-sized firms in the Panhandle area have adopted supply chain management.  (Supply chain management is a set of principles and methods that can enable firms to develop increased coordination and cooperation with their customers and suppliers.)  The information will be used to determine teaching and research needs.  Participation from qualified businesses would be greatly appreciated with the responses held in strict confidence.  For more information contact Dr. Terry Pearson at 806-651-2496.

In Memoriam

Barbara Miller

Barbara MillerThe SBDC, as well as the Amarillo community, lost a great friend with the passing of Barbara Miller.  Barbara was a successful business woman, a civic leader, and a great person.  Miller Paper was named the National Small Business of the Year Runner-up in 2000, and Barbara served on the SBDC Advisory Board and was a tireless champion and advocate for our center.  She will be greatly missed.
