Brenda Robinson

Brenda & Doyle Robinson wanted to open a steakhouse in Panhandle.  After attending a restaurant workshop sponsored by the SBDC, they moved forward with consulting services and an endorsement for the EDP Plus grant program.  With the help of Mike Amos at Happy State Bank, the EDP program kicked in close to $25,000 in additional equity to help get the business started.  Operating in a restored brick building, the Buffalo Grass Steakhouse adds to the charm of Panhandle's main street.

Supply Chain Management

Survey RequestWT Emblem

Supply chain management is a set of principles and methods that can enable firms to develop increased coordination and cooperation with their customers and suppliers. The College of Business is conducting a survey to determine the extent to which micro, small and medium-sized firms in the Panhandle area have adopted supply chain management.  The information will be used to determine teaching and research needs.  Participation from qualified businesses would be greatly appreciated with the responses held in strict confidence.
