In 1995 Barbara Miller decided to strike out on her own in the paper supply business and she came to the SBDC for planning assistance.  Since that time, her company has been recognized many times over as a model enterprise, and was the National Small Business of the Year runner-up in 2000.  the company's product line consists of over 1500 products from janitorial supplies to quality gift-wrap.

"50 Points of Profit for Restaurateurs"

Monday, November 15, 9 am - 4 pm
 

50 Things You Can Do Right Away to Build Profits and Increase Sales in Your Restaurant. This program will be customized based on the type of operators who sign up and includes a pre-conference mini-consultation for the first five registrations. It covers 25 points in the front-of-house and 25 points in the back-of-house providing quick tips, tools, and solid ideas you can use right away to instill a passion for service in your staff, and build real and lasting profits. Participants are encouraged to send questions, thoughts, and requested topics in advance.

The Presenter - Ron Yudd is an internationally recognized speaker, management consultant and trainer. He is often called upon to speak to leaders, managers and associates on both profit strategies and re-energizing their passion for service.
